For those of you who speak Castellano, perhaps ” the Flea’s cooking” doesn’t sound appealing but I assure you, you’ll be hopping to pass on these recipes once you’ve tried them. Okay… bad pun but really, give these a try and let me know what you think. Over the few weeks, I’ll start posting recipes I’ve tried and loved and also my own variations of classic dishes. I’m very eclectic with my tastes especially when it comes to food so I’m not even going to attempt to restrict the recipes I post here to a specific type of cuisine. However, I can tell you that I especially love spanish food, italian, french and from the orient, japanese and chinese.
